About our Turkeys

The 2022 waitlist for heritage turkeys will open in the summer of 2022

Our pasture-raised heritage breed turkeys spend their days outdoors, eating grass, wheat, and barley grown on our farm, and extra vegetables and fruits from the garden. They don't receive any antibiotics, or animal by-products; no turkeys raised in Canada receive growth hormones.

If you're interested in turkeys, get on our waitlist as we're hatching out our own heritage turkeys (Bourbon Red and Ridley Bronze) this year! There are no guarantees when it comes to hatching out your own poults, but we have a good little flock so far! These heritage turkeys grow more slowly than commercial breeds so we expect the perfect smaller, family sized-bird with amazing flavour ready for butchering in late October/early November/December!

We raise a limited number of turkeys, so fill out the form below to reserve your birds, especially for the holiday season later in the year.

As of 2022, the price for a whole turkey is $6/lb. They average about 10-15 pounds.
