Welcome to Our Farm
We commit to consistently providing the finest quality meats from animals we raise as a family, here on our farm, from their first day until their last.
We believe in sustainable farming practices, extended dry-aging, and working closely with our butchers for the most amazing flavour and tenderness. Above all, constant and dedicated care is required every single day of an animal's life to achieve a premium cut of meat or a dozen eggs. Our mission is to bring you the highest quality of food with the comfort of knowing where it comes from and how it was cared for.
You can experience the difference in the taste of our beef, lamb, pork, eggs, poultry, and wheat.

We're proud to be an Alberta farm family, and proud to grow and raise delicious food. |
Chatsworth Farms stands out as one of the best places to purchase meats and produce due to its unwavering commitment to quality and sustainability. The quality and flavours are unparalleled and superior to any butcher I've been to and take my meals to the next level. |
We have been ordering their meat and eggs for a few months now. (Found them from a Facebook group recommendation). This family owned farm is the best. I love how open they are on how everything works and their ig allows you to follow the animals lives and see how they do their day to day. Everything we ever get from them is always amazing and so fresh. I personally love the personalized thank you cards they give out with each order. They definitely found a long term customer in me. |

Q: Do you sell whole, half, and quarter beef, lamb, or pork?
A: Yes! Beef is available in whole, half, and quarter orders, while pork and lamb are available in whole and half options. Buying in bulk is a great way to stock your freezer with farm-raised meat at a single low price per pound.
Q: How long does the meat last in the freezer?
A: The majority of our meats are wrapped in butcher paper, with some vacuum-packed options. Everything is flash-frozen, meaning once thawed, it’s fresher than meat that has been sitting “fresh” on store shelves. When stored properly, our meats will last a year or more in the freezer!
Q: How does the order processing work?
A: It’s simple! Browse our selection and fill out the order form. We’ll email you back with your total, delivery details, and answers to any questions. Orders are packed the week of delivery, and we send a final confirmation two days before pickup.
Q: Do I have to wait for the newsletter to order?
A: Nope! You can order anytime through our website. We make regular delivery trips to Edmonton, Calgary, plus deliveries to Vermilion, Lloydminster, Derwent, Red Deer, and Vegreville, so just check our schedule and place your order when you're ready!
Farm Accolades
We're incredibly honoured and excited to announce that Chatsworth Farm was the recipient of Alberta Farm Animal Care's Award of Distinction for Communication in 2021, due in great part to our daughter Charlotte's increased efforts on social media during the pandemic:
The Award of Distinction for Communication honours those that take an active role in effectively getting the message out about livestock issues, and informing the public and agri-food industry about farm animal care in a factual and honest way, to build trust and credibility." Alberta Farm Animal Care
Charlotte received the Alberta Association of Agricultural Societies's 2021 Outstanding Supporter of Agriculture award.
In February 2021, Canadian Western Agribition celebrated Canada’s Ag Day with the release of the winners of its campaign to find the Top 50 agriculture industry leaders, and one of those leaders in the "Upstart" category is our very own Charlotte Wasylik! We're so very proud of her and all her work this past year.
