I am an English teacher at primary school in Italy and my students really enjoyed the virtual tour with Charlotte at Chatsworth farm. The tour is perfect for students of all ages and Charlotte is very nice. She showed us the whole farm and we virtually met a lot of animals. I highly recommend this tour! Thank you, Charlotte!" No one gives a tour better than Ms. Charlotte at Chatsworth Farm. Her professionalism and courtesy is definitely worth 'chatting' about! My Sunday school class enjoyed meeting and learning about the sheep. I enjoyed the ease and quality of booking and virtually hosting the tour. I definitely recommend booking a tour to any youth group leader of early elementary students." My grade one classes would like to thank Charlotte of Chatsworth Farm for the virtual tour of their farm. Students learned about turkeys and how other animals and people prepare for fall and the cold winter ahead. Students were especially intrigued with the one-eyed 'Tom' turkey! Thanks for engaging students in a meaningful way to their science curriculum!" I ran an online camp for children at the end of December through the Humane Society, and we were lucky enough to receive a tour of Chatsworth Farm by Charlotte. I can't recommend this enough for animal lovers of all ages. Charlotte was an incredibly engaging presenter and patiently toured us around her very impressive family farm. The kids loved getting to meet so many different animals and Charlotte happily answered any questions they had along the way. One of the kids told me they would rate our tour at Chatsworth Farm 'three thumbs up' and I would have to agree! Thank you, Charlotte!" Chatsworth Farm gave us a wonderful virtual tour for a baby shower, just in time for calving season. All the aspiring farmers in attendance especially loved the passion and energy of our farm guide, Charlotte!" I highly recommend Chatsworth Farm for a nice virtual farm tour straight from Canada to your home! Charlotte is super nice as she gives a nice glimpse of all the animals in the farm. From cows, sheep, chickens, ducks, dogs and cats, she truly knows the amount of effort to take care of a farm. Families loved it, and all the kids who connected had questions and learned a lot too! |
“I had contacted Charlotte about hosting a virtual tour for our local MOPS (Moms of Preschoolers) group, and from the beginning she was a joy to work with! The actual tour was absolutely incredible! We had a range of kiddos from 1-9 years old, and every single kid thoroughly enjoyed themselves (and so did the parents!). She was so informative, but also kept the kids entertained and engaged the whole time. It was so fun to see all of the different animals, and she even showed us some of their tractors which was a hit with the boys! The coloring page downloads were also a fun treat for the kids! I wish we lived closer to tour the farm in person! This was an amazing tour, with an ever better tour guide. I cannot recommend them enough!” Our Lower Elementary Montessori class of first through third graders enjoyed Ms. Charlotte's tour of Chatsworth Farm in Canada. The video was very clear and we could hear her explanations very well. It was fun to learn about all the animals that they raise and care for at the farm. What a nice variety of animal life! Many of our students told us that the cattle were their favorite animals. Ms. Charlotte shared much interesting information about all the cattle they raise on the farm. We could tell that she and her family loved the hard work and the animals on their farm. Thank you for sharing your tour with us!" Chatsworth Farm's virtual tour is ideal for students of all ages. During these difficult times, it was wonderful to provide my students with an educational experience that they might not have ever known, and to do so safely. Charlotte's presentation of farm life was beautifully told, and she provided my students with an opportunity to ask questions as she carefully listened to them, and answered them with responses that were age appropriate. My students, their parents, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My class will definitely do this again! What a wonderful place to visit! I booked a virtual tour for our kindergarten on-line campus with Chatsworth Farm as part of our virtual field trip week. We were not disappointed! Charlotte was so knowledgeable about the farm and all of the animals on it and her passion was evident. We met a variety of animals and learned about how each one contributes to the farm. Our classes loved meeting Lizzy the Great Pyrenees and learning about his important role in protecting all the animals on the farm. We would definitely recommend visiting Chatsworth Farm or having them do a virtual tour if you live out of province like we do! My Sparks and Brownies absolutely loved our virtual tour of Chatsworth Farm. Charlotte was a great guide and showed the girls all of their cute and cuddly animals. She was patient, informative, and answered all of the girls' questions. I would highly recommend booking a tour of the farm" |
The Chatsworth Farm virtual field trip was a fantastic experience for our second graders. We were culminating our Farm to Table unit, and this field trip was a wonderful way to bring our unit to an end. We saw a lot of farm animals: a working dog, baby chicks, nesting hens and roosters, turkeys, sheep, a horse, and many cows. Charlotte, the host, was very well spoken and kept the field trip moving with age appropriate information and interesting things to see. I would highly recommend this field trip."

I am a kindergarten teacher in Ontario who recently booked a virtual farm tour with Charlotte at Chatsworth Farm. The tour exceeded my expectations! Charlotte was very informative and adapted her discussions so they were age appropriate. My class loved seeing the baby animals and enjoyed engaging in questions with Charlotte. We hope to connect again in a few months to see the new baby animals that have joined their fabulous family farm! Our virtual field trip with Charlotte at Chatsworth Farm was absolutely wonderful! We scheduled two 30 minutes sessions-one for the AM kindergarten students and one for the PM kindergarten students and each tour was excellent! Charlotte was so fun, thorough, and engaging. Her love for her animals and her farm helped engage all of the students. Her camera work was so good, the kids felt like they were there! She used high level vocabulary and didn't water down the farm facts. My principal even came to one of the tours and was very impressed with the quality of the tour. I would recommend this to teachers TK-12 who are studying farm and agriculture. I'd say go for the 1 hour tour because there is so much to see! |
I was not sure what to expect with our virtual tour of Chatsworth Farm at first; I was wildly surprised with how thorough, fun and uplifting this tour was. Charlotte is very knowledgeable about animal husbandry, ecological systems and all things farming. I was so impressed by this erstwhile and hardworking young woman and her farm. It reminded me and our group to be thankful to all these farmers who do this difficult work for us. And also it reminded me to walk gently with this land and be respectful of those who tend it on our behalf. The land and sky belong to us all and it’s important to get in touch with that – to appreciate some of the good things available to us as a community." The students at Wellington Hall Academy in the kindergarten class and 2/3 split had a fantastic time virtually visiting the Chatsworth Farm. Charlotte was an amazing tour guide, who took the classes around the farm to visit the numerous animals that reside there. We were able to see dogs, kittens, ducks, geese, hen, roosters, cows, and much more! The students not only got to see some amazing animals, but Charlotte did a wonderful job taking her time to explain facts about the farm and the animals they raise. Charlotte was also able to answer many questions that the students had. The students loved being able to participate and see firsthand how certain animals live on the farm. They were engaged throughout the entire tour and I would highly recommend this virtual field trip. |
