What does COMING SOON mean on a cut? It means the cut will be in stock within a few weeks or before the next scheduled delivery. You may order this cut, but it's still at the butcher and not in our freezers yet, so we don't know the exact weight or quantity available.
Don't see a cut you've been looking for? You can place orders for cuts you don't see here. One customer was interested in beef Tri Tip and now orders it for every butcher date. Our local butchers are amazing and flexible, and we love to work with them to bring you your favourite cut -- just get in touch with us four weeks in advance of when you'd like it. |
BEEF
The cattle in our beef program are born and raised on our farm and are all of our cattle are certified Verified Beef Production Plus (VBP+). They're butchered at our local provincially inspected butcher 35 km from our farm, and all of the beef is dry-aged for 15-21 days. All of our cattle are free from artificial hormones, growth promotants, and routine antibiotics.

Chatsworth Farm's pigs in our pork program are born and raised on our farm and are butchered at our local provincially inspected butcher 15 km from our farm. Our pastured-raised heritage breed pigs (English Large Black, Mangalitsa x Hereford) are free from artificial hormones, growth promotants, and routine antibiotics; and their diet is soy-free. If you're tired of dry, bland, flavourless pork, try our heritage pork, which is flavourful, moist, and juicy.

Chatsworth Farm's eggs come from our free-range heritage breed poultry, the eggs are lightly washed only with water, and ordered eggs are laid within the week. The eggs are uninspected, and our poultry's diet is soy-free.
