What does COMING SOON mean on a cut? This means it will be in stock within a few weeks or before the next scheduled delivery. You may order this cut, but it is still at the butcher and not in our freezers yet, so we don't know the exact weight or quantity available.
Don't see a cut you've been craving? You can place orders for cuts you don't see here. One customer ordered Tri-tip and has now ordered it form every butcher date. Our local butchers are amazing and flexible, and we're happy to work with them to bring you your favourite cut (just get in touch with us four weeks in advance of when you'd like it) |
