EGGS
TALLOW + LARD
Chatsworth Farm's beef tallow and pork lard are ready-to-use cooking fats. Slow-rendered at low heat with no water, salt, or additives, our tallow and lard have a smooth, scoopable texture and are completely shelf-stable; if you like to bake with lard (biscuits, pie crust), consider keeping your lard in the refrigerator so it's chilled whenever you're ready to bake. Perfect for high-heat cooking, frying, roasting, and baking, they add a rich, natural flavour to every dish, and a light flakiness to baking. |

GRAIN
Chatsworth Farm's heritage Red Fife wheat is grown on the farm and the wheat is harvested without dessicants.
NEW AS OF JANUARY 2024: As our farm continues to grow and focus on new offerings like pork and tallow, we’ve made the decision to stop grinding Red Fife flour for on-demand orders. Moving forward, flour will be available only if we have it in stock at the time of your order. If it’s not in stock, we cannot add it to your order or grind more.
We will, however, continue to offer our Red Fife wheat berries, so you can grind your own fresh flour at home or use it as kutia and enjoy this heritage grain your way. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of our farm.
Red Fife Whole Wheat Berries:
2 cups: $3
5 kg bag: $16

What our wonderful customers say:
I am so happy to have discovered Chatsworth Farm! It feels so good knowing that the eggs were hand selected and specially packaged with time and care just days before they end up in my kitchen. I have always been intentional about seeking beauty in small ways and every time I reach for one it brings a smile to my face. Eggs from the grocery store would give me stomach aches so I decided to try farm eggs instead. The quality difference is HUGE and I now get to enjoy them regularly in my diet! |
I have only the highest praise for Chatsworth Farm! I have been using their Red Fife flour and berries for the last few months, and appreciate the high quality and consistency I get when baking the perfect loaf of bread. Charlotte is very friendly and provides a convenient way to access a variety of their products. |
