BEEF
The cattle in our beef program are born and raised on our farm and are all of our cattle are certified Verified Beef Production Plus (VBP+). They're butchered at our local provincially inspected butcher 35 kilometres from our farm, and all of the beef is dry-aged for 15-21 days. All of our cattle are free from artificial hormones, growth promotants, and routine antibiotics.

The pigs in our pork program are born and raised on our farm and are butchered at our local provincially inspected butcher 15 kilometres from our farm. Our pastured-raised heritage breed pigs (English Large Black, Mangalitsa x Hereford) are free from artificial hormones, growth promotants, and routine antibiotics; and their diet is soy-free. If you're tired of dry, bland, flavourless pork, try our heritage pork, which is flavourful, moist, and juicy.
