What does COMING SOON mean on a cut? It means the cut will be in stock within a few weeks or before the next scheduled delivery. You may order this cut, but it's still at the butcher and not in our freezers yet, so we don't know the exact weight or quantity available.
Don't see a cut you've been looking for? You can place orders for cuts you don't see here. One customer was interested in Tri Tip and now orders it for every butcher date.
