A standard whole lamb can include:
16-18 lamb rib chops OR 2 racks of lamb (not Frenched -- the chine bone is removed)
6-8 lamb loin chops OR short loin + tenderloin
4 lamb spare rib sections
4 leg shanks
2 leg roasts, bone-in (can be cut in half -- approx 3 lbs each)
2 shoulder roasts, bone-in (approx 3 lbs each)
3-4 lbs ground lamb OR stew meat
A half lamb will be exactly half of a whole. A half lamb can include:
1 rack of lamb
1 short loin
2 leg shanks
1 leg roast
1 shoulder roast
2 lbs ground lamb OR stew meat

Orders for a half and for whole lamb require a non-refundable deposit of
$150
. Cheques are payable to

(639) 536-1004. You will receive confirmation when your order and deposit are received. Please make note of the processing and delivery date provided at that time.
The balance of payment
is due before delivery day.
Your order will be custom cut and wrapped by our local independent abattoir, Vermilion Packers.
