Ordering in Bulk
Ordering a whole, half, or quarter animal is simple and here’s how it works! We’ve been offering bulk options for over a decade, and we’ve worked hard to make the process easy, so you can focus on enjoying the experience. Plus, we have great relationships with our butchers, so you can trust that everything is taken care of.
How Ordering Works
Decide & ConnectDecide on the quantity you'd like, and if it’s your first time ordering, we highly recommend reaching out to us before you start the process. We’ll walk you through the details, answer any questions, and help you select the best cuts for your needs. Once you're ready, fill out the order form and place your deposit.

We Handle the Rest From there, we take care of everything! We book the butcher date, communicate your cutting instructions to the butcher, and handle the pickup from the butcher once your order is ready.
|
Pickup or DeliveryWhen your order is ready, we’ll get in touch to coordinate delivery to the city or arrange pickup at the farm, which includes a farm tour. The remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup.

We love knowing where our meat is coming from, and that the animals are being well treated and taken care of from the time they are born to when they are taken to the butcher. I love getting to try some new cuts that I might not have otherwise (e.g., Oyster Steak, Heart, Denver Steak), while still being able to get classic/familiar cuts. It is also great to be able to get things like bones and suet that we know are high quality and will make delicious broth and tallow! Your ordering system is great, and you always get back to me when I have a question or concern. I also really appreciate showing up to pick up my order and being greeted (by name) by the people who have taken so much time and care to put together the orders. My toddler also loves getting the pictures of your animals and farm, and has them displayed in his bedroom where he can see them and make the appropriate noises haha! The handwritten message with each order really shows the effort that your family is making to maintain the farm to table connection within your buyers homes. We proudly tell people that we get our beef, lamb, and pork from an Alberta farm (that we have been able to visit!) and widely share your name!
